Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay

I stumbled upon this product one afternoon at Momentum 98 on High St. Very curious about the product but didn't purchase that day, although I should have considering it was only around 8 dollars for a one pound tub!! As soon as I got home I immediately got online, researched, and read raving reviews. I wanted to kick myself in the ass for just not purchasing it right then and there and couldn't wait to get my hands on it.

Ok, so it's 100% natural calcium bentonite clay in dry powdered form. Here are some benefits and how they may work:

Facial Masks

For deep pore cleansing mixing with apple cider vinegar is preferred for a nice and smooth consistency (You may use water but will get clumpy results). Apple cider vinegar also has an acidity level that's great for skin exfoliation. Have fun and experiment!! Don't limit your mask mixing recipe to just apple cider vinegar, you can tailor it to fit your skin's own personal needs ex. honey, coconut oil or avocado for dry skin. Lavender or green tea for irritated skin etc.

Ingesting

I have not tried ingesting but here are a few benefits I read from eating calcium bentonite clay:

*
Cleansing liver, colon, and skin
* Strengthens immune system
* Balances bacteria in digestive tract

Clay Baths

For detox. Treating tired, achy muscles.

Here are just a few examples. So far, I'm just using facial masks for deep pore cleansing which is working wonderfully for me. It seems to be a very versatile and inexpensive treatment for almost anything including animal and insect bites!! I'll also attach some informational links and where I purchased my indian healing clay...give this product a go!!
